A single-photo puzzle uses one image edge to edge. Our collage designs let you place up to 20 photos in one puzzle, and you can move, scale and rotate each one independently.

High-resolution images with good lighting and a clear focal point work best. As a rough guide, aim for at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge for smaller puzzles, and more for a 1000-piece print. Our builder runs a live quality check and warns you if a photo is too low-resolution for the size you've picked.

Yes. The builder includes a text tool so you can add a name, date or short message, with options for colour, an outline stroke and a soft background glow to keep it readable over your photos.

No — you can design and order as a guest. Creating a free account lets you save your designs to edit later, store delivery addresses, track orders and get help through support tickets. You can create one with the same email after ordering to see your order in your dashboard.

Five sizes: 30 pieces (25 × 20 cm), 110 pieces (25 × 20 cm), 252 pieces (37.5 × 28.5 cm), 500 pieces (53 × 39 cm) and 1000 pieces (76.5 × 52.5 cm). The 30-piece size is great for younger children; 1000 pieces is our grand format.

Each puzzle is printed edge to edge using a dye-sublimation process for crisp, vivid colour, finished with a high-gloss varnish, on sturdy 1mm pressed paperboard. Every puzzle is supplied in a premium metal presentation tin with your design recreated on the lid.

Prices are £24 (30 pieces), £26 (110 pieces), £32 (252 pieces), £36 (500 pieces) and £40 (1000 pieces). The price you see includes your fully personalised print and the presentation tin.

The builder previews the real finished aspect ratio and shows exactly where the pieces are cut, so what you arrange is what we print. For larger sizes we can automatically enhance the resolution of your photos so they stay sharp when enlarged.

Our Heirloom wood-effect design and Custom map puzzle are coming soon. Today, every design is our premium printed jigsaw, available in all five sizes.

Every puzzle is printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–4 working days, then UK delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days after dispatch. We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking where it's available.

Delivery is charged once per order, based on the largest puzzle in your basket: £1.99 for 30–252 pieces, £2.99 for 500 pieces and £3.99 for 1000 pieces.

We currently print and deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Absolutely. Every puzzle arrives in a premium presentation tin, and you can ship it straight to the recipient's address at checkout.

Because each puzzle is personalised and made to order, production starts quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll help if it hasn't yet gone to print. Once production has started we're unable to change or cancel it, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Our happiness promise stands behind every puzzle. If anything arrives damaged, defective, with missing pieces, or the print isn't as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

As every puzzle is personalised to your order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If there's a problem with the item itself, we'll always put it right.

If you have an account, open a support ticket from your account area and we'll reply there. Ordered as a guest? Use the Order help page with your order number and email — no account needed.

Your images are stored securely and used only to design and print your order (including preparing the print file with our fulfilment partner). You can delete saved designs from your account at any time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

You can remove saved designs and addresses from your account, or email hello@puzzella.co.uk to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
