Every puzzle is printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–4 working days before your order ships.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping is charged per order based on the largest puzzle:

• 30 – 252 pieces — £1.99
• 500 pieces — £2.99
• 1000 pieces — £3.99

Returns

As each puzzle is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But our happiness promise stands: if your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, we'll reprint or refund it within 30 days.
