We want you to love your puzzle. Enter your order number and email and we'll sort out anything that's gone wrong.
Because every puzzle is personalised and made to order, we can't cancel or refund once production has started — unless it arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If anything's wrong — damage, missing pieces, a blurry or incorrect print — tell us below and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
